'Prove and Bake in one pot' .Thrown on the wheel using terracotta clay, I then make each handle individually (hopefully remembering to put in the all important hole) and attach them to the pot. Firing then turns the clay into a lovely rich colour.
Fantastic for making all types of bread - sourdough, yeast or soda - and can be used in any oven including Agas and Rayburns. They look great hanging up in any kitchen (that's why they have holes in the handles) and perform perfectly once conditioned. Click here to find out more.
Each pot comes with a little leaflet on how to condition it and a couple of recipes for you to try. A lovely present for a home bread baker.
Each pot is individually hand made and the process is such that there will be some variation in shape, however, the volume is the same!
There are 2 styles - plain pot or one with a heart on the outside. Each version comes with or without handles.
